Deep Sea Lobsters will spawn 4 sand flies.
If there are fewer than 4, a Deep Sea Lobster will spawn 4 more.
No Deep Sea Lobster will spawn more if 4 flies are near you.
Having 2 lobsters only increases the chance one lobster
will spawn quickly when there are only 3 sand flies.
